Mystery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 (3 oz) pkg raspberry jello
    3 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat tomatoes to boiling, add jello and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice.
    Pour into 4-cup mold or 8 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm.
    Unmold and serve topped with a dollop of dairy sour cream mayonaise, if desired.
    8 servings. This is very good.
