Italian Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. oil
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Put flour in bowl (4 cups). Pour in all ingredients and mix.
    Add approximately 3/4 cup of flour as you knead the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers.
    Roll into two balls.
    Put thin layer of oil over the dough balls.
    Cover the dough and place in refrigerator until cold.
    Roll dough out on pizza pan.
    (Shaking some corn meal on the pan prevents the dough from sticking.)
