French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice 40 calorie bread
    1 egg
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. water
    1 tsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Beat egg, water and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Dip bread in egg mixture.
    Place in a skillet in preheated canola oil.
    (Preheat the oil over medium heat.)
    Cook until egg is done or light brown. Top with fresh fruit or enjoy plain.
