Cheese Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks
1/2 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Heat 1/2 of the pineapple juice, sugar and flour until thick.
Put pineapple in buttered casserole and mix in cheese.
Pour heated mixture over pineapple and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
