Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
40 vanilla wafers
21 oz. cherry pie filling
Preparation
-
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Lay wafer in bottom of each cupcake paper.
Fill 3/4 full with mixture.
Lay wafer on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Top with cherry filling.
