Rouladen (Stuffed Beef Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sirloin tip steaks
    2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    6 slices sliced bacon
    2 to 3 dill pickles
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or other oil
    small amount hot water
    paprika and seasoning to your taste
    flour or cornstarch (thicken with)
Preparation
    Have butcher slice steaks thin against the grain; if too thick, pound them thinner.
    Lay flat.
    Salt and pepper.
    Put bacon lengthwise on meat.
    Add thin sliced dill pickles.
    Add thin sliced onion.
    Roll jelly roll fashion into cylinder.
    Tie rolls with kitchen string or cord.
