Brandy Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Zwieback crackers (in infant section of grocery store)
1/4 c. powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. butter
dash of powdered cinnamon
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 1/2 oz. brandy
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
8 tsp. sugar
Preparation

For the crust, crush enough Zwieback to make 1 1/2 cups fine crumbs.
Mix them with powdered sugar, butter and cinnamon.
Press mixture evenly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Chill.
