Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef
1 onion
1 pepper
1 can cream-style corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 bag shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown beef in skillet.
Add onion and pepper.
Drain grease. Set aside.
Mix cornbread mix according to directions.
Add corn. Pour half into greased pan.
Add beef, then cheese.
Put rest of cornbread mix on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
