Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 Hershey bar

Preparation

Mix flour, butter and pecans.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 the Cool Whip.
Spread over cool crust.
Mix pudding and milk until smooth and thick.
Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with shaved Hershey bar. Refrigerate.
