Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. or more brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and chop broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Add onion, bacon and cheese.
    Mix mayonnaise, brown sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over broccoli. Refrigerate until ready to use.
