Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. white sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs separately and then mix all the other ingredients together.
Bake in an 8 x 14-inch pan at 275\u00b0 for an hour or until done.
Top with glaze.
