Denver Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 green pepper
    1 green onion
    salt and pepper
    ground beef
    ham
    American cheese
    Swiss cheese
    Tabasco sauce
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Scramble eggs with milk until fluffy.
    Set eggs aside.
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain excess grease off.
    Set aside.
    Chop peppers, onions, ham and cheese.
    Set aside.
    Take eggs and pour into hot, greased frying pan.
    Take ground beef, peppers, onions, ham and cheese, in that order.
    Place only on one side of eggs.
    Fold other half of eggs over, completely covering ingredients.
    Turn only one time.
    Serve with Tabasco sauce on top.
    Makes 1 serving.
