Teriyaki Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 medium clove garlic, minced
3 lb. chicken wings, cut at joint and wing tips removed
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Make marinade.
In medium bowl, combine salad oil with all ingredients except chicken.
Place chicken in 9 x 14-inch baking dish; pour marinade over pieces. Cover at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Arrange wings on wire rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake 40 minutes, basting until tender, turning once.
Makes 3 dozen pieces.
