Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
4 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. milk
4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute pecans in butter and cool before starting ice cream. Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs.
Beat until stiff.
Add other ingredients.
Freeze partially, then add pecans.
Continue freezing.
