Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

1 box graham crackers
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 large (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 jar chocolate icing
Preparation

Layer crackers in a large bowl.
Mix pudding with 3 cups milk and Cool Whip (fold in).
Layer all pudding with crackers, ending with crackers on top.
Melt chocolate icing in microwave until spreadable.
Spread on top of crackers and chill.
