Quick Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread
2 slices Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease loaf pan.
Make bottom layer with bread and cheese.
Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper.
Use half egg mixture to cover bottom layer.
Repeat bread and cheese layer, then pour remaining egg mixture over top.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
