Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    5 eggs and 2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. milk
    fruit glaze of your choice
Preparation
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.
    Blend in melted margarine.
    Press over bottom of lightly greased spring-form pan.
    Chill.
    Blend cream cheese, sugar, flour and grated orange rind.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and egg yolks, one at a time; beat well after each addition.
    Stir in milk and pour into crumb crust.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 200\u00b0 and bake 1 hour longer.
    Turn off oven and let cake remain in oven until cool, about 1 hour.
    Top with Fruit Glaze of your choice.
    Makes 16 servings.
