Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can small evaporated milk
2/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
Remove from heat, add 1 cup coconut and 2/3 cup chopped pecans.
Beat until cool and thick (by hand).
Excellent on most any flavor cake.
