Ingredients

1 recipe no cholesterol egg substitute
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
5 slices day old bread
2 Tbsp. low sodium margarine
Preparation

Mix egg substitute, skim milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip bread slices in egg mixture.
Melt margarine in skillet and lightly brown bread slices.
May be served with margarine and syrup or jelly.
