Croutons With Smoked Salmon, Goat Cheese, Mustard And Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. honey mustard
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
    1 Tbsp. capers
    2 tsp. minced fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dill weed
    12 (3/4-inch) diagonally cut French bread baguettes slices
    4 oz. soft goat cheese (such as Montrachet)
    3 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon
    fresh dill sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend first 5 ingredients in small bowl.
    Arrange bread in baking sheet.
    Brush lightly with oil. Bake until crisp, about 10 minutes. Cool.
    (Can be made 6 hours ahead.
    Cover mustard mixture and croutons separately; let stand at room temperature.)
