Easy Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 smoked pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry pork chops.
    Place in a baking dish sprayed lightly with Pam.
    Mix together remaining 5 ingredients and pour over pork chops.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Remove cover and broil until lightly browned.
