Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. stalks rhubarb, cut in 1/4-inch pieces
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Roll out 11-inch pie crust (you may want to cook all ingredients first to know how much sugar you'd like.
I find fruit pies are better if you cook them before baking).
Add the margarine after you pour filling in the pie to the top, then put on the top crust with air slits in top crust.
If previously cooked, you may bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, put aluminum foil around edges of crust. If uncooked, bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
