Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    3/4 stick oleo
    1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add flour and beat some more.
    Add cottage cheese and stir in.
    Cook the frozen broccoli (or use 1 pint package broccoli); drain.
    Add oleo and cubed cheese.
    Stir until oleo melts and cheese softens.
    Add to egg mixture and stir.
    Add 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Put in large, greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
