Crunch Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and add egg.
    Stir ingredients until crumbly.
    Blueberries, peaches or apples in 9-inch pan.
    Crumble mixture on top.
    Melt butter and brush on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until brown.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
