Pecan-Date Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or oleo, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 (10 oz.) container (1 c.) pitted dates, chopped
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter or oleo, vanilla extract and salt
    until blended.
    Stir in dates.
    Pour mixture in unbaked 9-inch
    pie shell.
    Arrange pecans on top.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes, or until set.
