Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 Tbsp. salt
pepper or paprika
Preparation

Wash and wipe chicken pieces.
Cream butter; leave at room temperature.
Spread butter on skin side of chicken.
Shake chicken in bag with flour, salt and pepper.
Place chicken, skin side up, in shallow, greased baking pan.
Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
