Shrimp Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. white potatoes, boiled and diced
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    5 to 6 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, boiled in crab boil and diced
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except mayonnaise, being careful not to mash.
    Stir in mayonnaise, stirring carefully until well blended.
    Garnish with sliced boiled eggs
    and sprigs of parsley.
