Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. ground walnuts
1/2 c. sour milk (add 2 tsp. cider vinegar to 1/2 c. milk)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks (slightly beaten), bananas, nuts, flour sifted with baking powder and salt, egg whites (beaten stiff) and then baking soda dissolved in sour milk. Pour into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch greased pan or 2-quart pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
