Matt'S Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small box hot Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 large can pimentos
mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix together Velveeta cheese, pimentos and add mayonnaise to desired consistency until smooth.
Keep refrigerated.
Makes excellent sandwiches.
