Nine Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. nine bean soup mix
2 qt. water
1 lb. ham, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
1 (10 oz.) tomatoes and green chilies, undrained (Ro-Tel)

Preparation

Wash bean mix; place all ingredients in crock pot or large pot with cover.
Bring to a boil and cook slowly until beans are tender.
