Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium yellow squash
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can chopped green chili
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Pet milk or regular low-fat milk
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    toasted bread, chips, cornflake crumbs or croutons (for topping)
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper until tender.
    When tender pour off water.
    Place squash in casserole dish.
    Add green chili, mushroom soup and Pet milk or low-fat milk.
    Stir and add Cheddar cheese soup.
    Spoon over the top.
    Do not mix in soup.
    Top with bread, chips, cornflake crumbs or croutons.
    Brown in a 350\u00b0 oven about 15 to 20 minutes.
