Crunchy Fudge Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. butterscotch morsels (1 c.)
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    4 c. Rice Krispies cereal
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels (1 c.)
    1/2 c. sifted 10x sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring until blended.
    Mix in Rice Krispies cereal.
    Press half of mixture into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Chill.
    Set remainder aside.
    Mix chocolate morsels, 10x sugar, butter and water over hot water until chocolate melts. Spread over chilled mixture.
    Top with reserved cereal mixture. Chill.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
