Zesty Tomato Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. olive or salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. water

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in small bowl using a wire whisk or fork.
Store in a tightly covered jar.
Serve on Cottage Cheese, Tossed or Chef's Salad.
