Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. Accent (monosodium glutamate)
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix, dry
    3/4 c. ripe tomato catsup
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. thick tomato juice or tomato puree
Preparation
    Mix all but last ingredient well and shape into a loaf.
    Place in a loaf pan or casserole dish.
    Pour tomato juice or puree over loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover pan with lid or foil while baking.
    Remove covering for the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking time.
