Mexican Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. ham, diced
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (No. 2) can kidney beans
    1 1/2 tsp. gravy seasoning
    Fritos
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp.
    Remove, drain and set aside.
    Add onion, garlic and pepper to skillet; cook 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add ham, chili powder, beans and gravy seasoning.
    Stir to blend and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Just before serving, crumble on the bacon and spoon over crushed Fritos.
