Antipasto By Ellie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower
    celery
    carrots
    onion
    pickles
    green olives
    black olives
    small green pepper (Italian type, not bell)
    tuna fish
    mayonnaise
    ketchup
Preparation
    Cut first 4 ingredients and parboil for about 5 minutes in a mixture of water and white cider vinegar.
    Chop veggies into bite size pieces.
    Puree pepper.
    Add to a mixture of mayonnaise, ketchup and tuna.
