Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 egg plus 1 yolk
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour.
    Slowly stir in milk, then add next 3 ingredients. Add egg and yolk.
    Cook 2 minutes more.
    Add sherry and bread crumbs, parsley and crabmeat.
    Mix all with 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
    Place in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Spread some mayonnaise on top to keep soft.
    Use in chafing dish with crackers as an hors d'oeuvre or as a main dish.
