Beef Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 oz. egg noodles
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour.
    In large skillet, heat oil and brown meat well.
    Add onions; cook lightly.
    Stir in water, paprika, salt and garlic.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Serve goulash over noodles.
