Pistachio Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (4-serving size) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    3/4 c. nuts or chocolate pieces
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Then add liquids and stir until mixed.
    Fill cupcakes 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
