Sour Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and cut into pieces
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch layer cake pan with graham cracker crumbs.
    Put eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream in blender; cover and blend for 15 seconds on \"Liquify\" setting.
    With blender still running, remove cover and gradually add cheese pieces and melted butter. Pour cheese mixture into prepared crust and bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set in center.
    Filling will be very soft, but will firm up as the cake cools.
    Chill thoroughly before serving.
    Spread Comstock cherry pie filling (or other topping of your choice).
