Company Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 chicken breasts, stewed and cubed
1 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. almonds
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise and water.
Add all ingredients except potato chips.
Pour into casserole.
Sprinkle chips over top. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 6.
