Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh squash, cooked, or 2 cans with chopped onion (as desired)
    salt and pepper (as desired)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or 18 crumbled Ritz or Town House crackers
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into baking dish (spray with Pam).
    Top with additional cracker crumbs mixed with melted margarine.
    Use as many crackers and margarine as necessary to cover casserole well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and lightly browned.
