Rolls That Don'T Have To Rise Before Baking - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. Crisco oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    5 or more c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water until dissolved.
    Beat egg and add to mixture; add sugar, then oil.
    Add flour and stir well.
    Pour onto a very well floured surface; knead and continue to add flour until dough is firm and workable.
    Pinch off; form rolls and bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
    This dough keeps a week in refrigerator.
