Quick Jack Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
