Overnight Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread (crust removed)
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Alternate 6 slices of bread and half of combined cheeses. Repeat with the remaining bread and cheese. Beat eggs; add dry mustard and milk. Blend well. Pour over bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
