Cranberry-Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cherry jello
    1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Break up cranberry sauce; beat with a fork or beater until smooth.
    Add to hot gelatin; mix well. Chill until partially set.
    Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into mold or 8 x 8-inch square pan.
    Chill until set.
