Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. molasses
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. ginger
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat eggs, then add eggs, milk and molasses.
Sift flour, soda and ginger into mixture and beat well. Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool and top squares with whipped cream when serving.
