Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 jars marinated artichokes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in water 5 minutes and drain.
    Add to rest of ingredients.
    Pour into greased 11 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool and cut into squares.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place under broiler for 5 minutes.
