Meringue That Can'T Sleep Or Won'T Weep - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cook all, except sugar and egg whites, until clear.
    Cool. Add egg whites which have been beaten until foamy and standing in peaks.
    Continue beating and add sugar.
    Gradually beat until very creamy.
    Pile on pie and bake in 325\u00b0 oven.
