Soup-Er Sour Cream(No-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. no-fat sour cream
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped chives, fresh
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least one hour prior to use.
    Use as a dollop for soups, for baked potatoes or as a dip.
    Sprinkle with chives, or they may be combined with all ingredients.
    The choice is yours.
